Nigerian journalist and content creator Charity Ekezie believes the best way to challenge negative stereotypes about Africa is to laugh at them.

She has built an online audience around the world by using humour to push back against the assumptions people make about life on the continent.

In her social media videos, she often replies to questions sarcastically – turning ignorance into comedy.

The 35-year-old tells the BBC about some of the silliest questions she has answered.
