We believe the momentum is turning.” Baird downgrades Caterpillar to neutral from outperform Baird says it thinks Caterpillar will be hurt by local data center restrictions. “The ground is shifting in many ways; the recent New York State moratorium on data center construction is the highest-profile example of a bigger (and growing) trend towards regulatory action at state and local level targeting data centers. We are upgrading to EW – we view the multiple as stretched here and prefer other casual diners, but SSS remain strong, we don’t see risk to near term numbers, and thus stop defending our UW call.” Loop upgrades Manhattan Associates to buy from hold Loop says it sees “improved execution” for the software company. “We are upgrading MANH t o Buy from Hold with a $215 price target.” Wells Fargo reiterates Snowflake as overweight Wells Fargo raised its price target on the stock to $500 per share from $320. “The game has changed. AI agents are accelerating spend higher on SNOW, and investors underappreciate upside potential as AI becomes the primary driver of growth. SNOW is a near-term AI beneficiary without capex requirements or model dependence.” Read more. Morgan Stanley reiterates SpaceX as overweight The firm says it sees a “window” opening for long term investors ahead of earnings next week. “Revenues, EBITDA, Starlink subs, ARPU, AI pricing, Cursor ARR, FY capex guide … all of these matter. But with SPCX shares down nearly 50% from its highs and nearly 20% below IPO price investors are far more focused on the short term technical overhang. A window has opened for longer term investors.” Truist reiterates Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices and Broadcom as buy Truist says investors should buy all three stocks right now. “What to buy varies with risk appetite and duration.
