Melody Wilding, LMSW, is an award-winning executive coach, human behavior expert, and author of “Managing Up: How to Get What You Need From the People in Charge.” She has coached hundreds of private clients, from Fortune 500 executives to leaders from the U.S. Department of Education, the Federal Reserve, and the U.N. She teaches human behavior at Hunter College in New York. She is also the author of “Trust Yourself.”
