Lindsay Clancy’s defence lawyer Kevin Reddington is asking the judge to remove one juror. He says, citing the jury foreperson, that one person isn’t listening to the judge’s instructions about what constitutes reasonable doubt in a criminal case. The jury has been sent back to continue deliberations after receiving further instructions on the law from the judge.
