The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case failed to reach a verdict on their sixth day of deliberations.

Clancy’s lawyer asked the judge to remove a juror after the jury forewoman sent a court note saying one holdout would not follow the court’s instructions on reasonable doubt.

The defence’s request to remove the juror was denied by the judge.
