TOKYO, Sept 16 : Hitachi Energy said on Wednesday it plans to invest $528 million to build a new transformer manufacturing facility in Gallman, Mississippi, creating over 700 jobs.
The new factory will be Hitachi Energy’s largest single U.S. investment and it will more than double the company’s transformer production capacity.
