The bank upgraded CrowdStrike to buy from hold and raised its price target on the stock to $300 from $240, implying 20% upside from Friday’s close. “Investors are still not fully appreciating the extent to which AI will expand the market for cybersecurity and CrowdStrike’s leadership at the forefront,” analyst Brad Zelnick said Monday in a note to clients. “We contend that in the words of a popular song from the 1970’s, ‘ you ain’t seen nothing yet ‘ as the best is yet to come.” Shares of CrowdStrike have soared 114% year to date as more companies have sought solutions that can combat new cybersecurity risks posed by AI. In addition, CrowdStrike has deepened its partnership with Nvidia in 2026, collaborating on real-time AI security agents that aim to protect data centers and cloud infrastructure. Zelnick said CrowdStrike should see even more near-term upside, particularly as its total addressable market seems to be much larger than previously anticipated. “We increasingly believe the company’s $565bn [estimate of a total addressable market by 2034] … will prove conservative given a tsunami of cyber demand materializing as the AI frontier advances,” Zelnick wrote. Deutsche Bank’s recommendation matches the consensus on Wall Street, where 40 out of 55 analysts rate CrowdStrike a buy or strong buy, with 13 holds, LSEG data shows.Read More
