Chime Prime and the Stride acquisition are enabling Chime to access far larger, and more valuable, TAMs.” Bank of America initiates Lyntris as outperform The firm said Lyntris has “strong upside opportunities.” ” LYNX is a provider of sense-to-act connectivity systems supporting US and allied defense programs.” Baird downgrades Nike and Dick’s to neutral from outperform Baird downgraded a slew of apparel companies and says it sees “rising risks.” “Downgrading adidas, DKS, NKE, RCKY, VFC to Neutral; adding Bearish Fresh Picks for UAA, GOOS through mid-November.” UBS upgrades Zions Bancorporation to buy from neutral UBS said the regional bank is best positioned for a Fed hike. “Higher rates add to an already underappreciated NII outlook, as ZION has one of clearest paths to positive operating leverage in FY27. We expect EPS revisions to drive shares higher, with additional upside if the current valuation discount narrows.” Wolfe downgrades Charter to underperform from peer perform Wolfe said it sees sales forecasts below consensus. “We downgrade CHTR to Underperform, realigning our only pure-play cable stock rating with our below consensus sales forecasts.” Loop initiates James Hardie as buy Loop said it sees “healthy” margin expansion. “We are initiating coverage on JHX with a BUY rating and $35 PT since FY27 results are coming in above prior expectations driven by material conversion share gains and benefits from last year’s AZEK acquisition.” KeyBanc initiates Freshworks as overweight Key said the company has plenty more room to run. “We are initiating coverage of Freshworks with an Overweight rating and an $18 price target.” UBS reiterates General Motors as buy UBS raised its price target to $114 per share from $102. ” GM’s digital capabilities are an underappreciated and undervalued opportunity. Digital creates a recurring, less cyclical, higher margin revenue stream that is deserving of a multiple higher than ‘core’ GM.” Stifel initiates Korsana Biosciences as buy Stifel said the biosciences company has plenty more room to run. “We are initiating coverage of KRSA with a Buy rating and a $43 target price.” StoneX upgrades Ceva to buy from hold StoneX said buy the dip. “Following a recent sell-off in share price, and based on catalysts ahead, we see a favorable risk/reward set-up for CEVA shares.” Citi opens a positive catalyst watch on Caterpillar Citi said the stock is undervalued. “We are initiating a positive catalyst watch on CAT shares following the time we spent at the Asset Valuation Summit (9/10). While the overall construction environment remains a relatively mixed bag, we think the CE [construction equipment] landscape is increasingly conducive to momentum in CAT’s CI business.” Needham initiates GSI Technology as buy The firm said GSI has a differentiated offering. “We are initiating coverage of GSIT with a Buy and $9 PT. The company is transitioning from its heritage in SRAM memory solutions towards a proprietary, internally developed Associative Processor Unit (APU) for edge AI applications with a leading power to performance advantage.” Morgan Stanley reiterates SpaceX as overweight Morgan Stanley said the company is too attractive to ignore. “We see an attractive entry point to get access to SPCX at a discount…” Citizens initiates Fox and Paramount Skydance as market outperform Citizens said both media companies have plenty of upside. “Fox took a differentiated path early, largely avoiding the scripted content streaming wars to focus on the more durable live news and sports market, while its acquisition of Roku adds one of the highest-quality digital distribution engines in the market. Paramount is taking a different approach through its acquisition of WBD, betting that scaled, best-in-class IP and content can create a must have global streaming destination.
