Daniel spent six years living on the streets of Calabar in southeastern Nigeria after fleeing abuse at home.

Forced to seek shelter in gutters and facing violence, police raids and extreme hardship, he refused to give up on his education.

With support from the charity Street Priests, Daniel rebuilt his life and became a successful DJ.

Now he returns to mentor street children, encouraging them to believe they can leave the streets behind and pursue their dreams.

His story highlights both the dangers faced by vulnerable children and the impact of community support.
