Mars is increasingly drawing attention as the new space race heats up, and another mission to the red planet is launching on October 19. Or to be more accurate, to one of its moons.
In cooperation with European partners, the Japanese space agency is planning to land on Phobos, take samples and return them to Earth. It’s an ambitious, groundbreaking undertaking.
