June 18 : Consultancy firm Accenture said on Thursday it will buy a majority stake in Dragos and fully acquire runZero and NetRise in a combined deal valued at $4.18 billion.
Shares of the Dublin, Ireland-based company fell about 5 per cent in premarket trading.
Separately, the company also cut the top end of its annual revenue forecast.
The company now expects annual revenue growth between 3 per cent and 4 per cent, down from its previous forecast of 3 per cent to 5 per cent.
