The BBC has revealed the results of an official report into why a Bangladesh Air Force training plane crashed into a packed school.
The investigation says the pilot flew at an angle that could stall the jet’s engine, but that there may have been a bird strike just before he changed altitude.
It highlights possible gaps in his supervision and training experience.
At least 36 people – most of them children – were killed when the aircraft hit Milestone School and College in July 2025.
