Hoarding disorder is a mental health condition. People experiencing hoarding behavior often find it very difficult to part with possessions that are no longer useful — to the point where it interferes with their lives.
Martin Mojzis Ondrus, founder and director of the nonprofit organization Brectan (Ivy), helps people living in homes overwhelmed by clutter — free of charge.
What began as a Christmas initiative thought up by Ondrus and his moving company in 2024 has since grown into the Czech Republic’s only nonprofit organization offering free cleanups for people who can no longer cope with the clutter in their homes.
