Kalshi defines officially announcing an IPO as either the Securities and Exchange Commission declaring an S-1 effective, a priced IPO or an exchange assigning a ticker to a stock.

The Anthropic S-1 envisions a Nasdaq Stock Market ticker symbol of “ANT.”

Anthropic is aiming to start trading the week of Nov. 16, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. Traders on Kalshi place just a 14% chance that the company begins trading before then.

On the Polymarket platform, traders give a 69% chance that Anthropic will list on a public exchange and open for trading by Nov. 20.
