A new wave of refugees is arriving in Djibouti as fighting in Yemen forces people to flee across the Gulf of Aden. Among them is Rahma Said, a Somali woman displaced by war for the second time in her life.

In the border town of Obock, aid agencies and long-term refugees are struggling to support more than 4,000 recent arrivals, many of whom reached safety on overcrowded fishing boats.

With camps stretched beyond capacity, refugees face shortages of shelter, water and other basic necessities while uncertainty over a return to Yemen grows.
