The death toll from a Russian double-tap drone strike on the Sun Gallery shopping center in Kryvyi Rih has risen to 16, with several people still missing. The attack set the mall on fire before a second strike hit as rescue workers responded. Survivors described the blast, while hospital officials reported severe multiple injuries among patients.
During a visit to Kyiv, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul condemned attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure and reaffirmed Germany’s support for Ukraine in talks with PresidentVolodymyr Zelenskyy.
