Several protesters walked out as Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai took to the stage ahead of his speech at Stanford University’s graduation ceremony.

Video filmed by the BBC showed dozens of people walking out, some carrying signs expressing concern about the company’s controversial work with the US government.

The BBC asked Pichai, a Standford alum, for comment, but he did not respond.
