President Donald Trump on Tuesday is set to focus on U.S. threats from abroad in an address to the United Nations General Assembly in Manhattan.

“The United States will no longer permit threats to America to gain a foothold anywhere in the Western Hemisphere,” Trump will say, according to those excerpts, which were provided to White House reporters on condition of anonymity ahead of the public remarks.
