Republican Congressman Tom Kean has returned to Capitol Hill after an absence of almost four months, saying he was treated in hospital for depression. The New Jersey lawmaker told colleagues he decided to speak publicly in the hope of encouraging others experiencing mental health difficulties to seek support.
