Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur told DW that repeated drone incursions into NATO airspace reflect spillover from Russia’s war in Ukraine, not the alliance’s involvement. He affirmed NATO unity, called for higher defense spending and blamed Russia for escalating threats.
