Even young children feel ashamed when they’ve done something “wrong”. As adults, we often don’t want to appear vulnerable. There are major taboos surrounding sexuality, bowel disorders, hemorrhoids and bladder issues. In Good Shape meets people who’ve found the courage to talk openly about these problems and, in doing so, found help. For many young men, another taboo is struggling to find a partner in the age of online dating. A project in Sweden is trying to change that.
